SEAL Consulting provides data-driven economic and management consultancy services. Its academic strength enables SEAL to apply frontier quantitative and qualitative methods for assessing and formulating economic policy as well as finding empirical patterns behind large scale data sets.
Our Mission
Founded in 2015, SEAL Consultancy has a mandate to serve as a solution partner for international organizations, private sector and public institutions. Its main strategy is to adopt a data-driven approach and utilize frontier techniques to address business and policy challenges of its clients.

Founded by academicians with an expertise on private sector and government projects, SEAL provides consultancy and executive training in a wide spectrum including macroeconomic scenario analysis, financial analysis, impact assessment and sectoral analysis.
Since 2019, SEAL Consulting is an official partner of SAS Institute as part of the SAS Partnership Programme. We collaborate with SAS Turkey in a number of projects where we combine our expertise on the analysis, modelling and interpretation of economic data with SAS’ advanced data analytics tools.
